Academy Partnership
We partner with visionary leaders to develop and maintain high-performance academies within our global network, staying involved from the first planning stages through day-to-day operations.
We build programs that develop athletes, students and staff on the field and in the classroom.

Every facet of academy development, available as a full partnership or a single project.
We partner with visionary leaders to develop and maintain high-performance academies within our global network, staying involved from the first planning stages through day-to-day operations.
You hire us for a defined project, we deliver it, and the result is yours. There is no ongoing commitment, and the project doesn't need to involve an academy.
Each service is available as a standalone consulting project or as part of an academy partnership. Our experts know how to navigate American and international systems and guide day-to-day operations.

We design a training and playing methodology that reflects your organization's identity, then put it into practice across every team, from session plans to coaching benchmarks.
Coaching education programs and license course development that raise the standard of your staff, combining in-person workshops with one-on-one mentoring and ongoing professional development.
We review how your organization runs, from administration and communication to daily operations, and put streamlined processes in place so your staff can focus on development.
We connect players with U.S. college programs and professional opportunities through our international network and a college advisory program with 30+ years of relationships in the US.
Help recruiting qualified staff, including Dean of Schools, Headmaster or Principal, teachers and administration.
Accreditation support through Cognia and WASC, one of the four U.S. regional accrediting agencies, bringing proven frameworks and global credibility to each school.
A globally recognized curriculum across Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and English, aligned with athletic schedules, with tailored graduation and NCAA-eligibility tracking.
Annual registration and administration of MAP Growth testing, used by more than nine million students worldwide, to benchmark achievement and guide instruction.
We work directly with the NCAA to keep programs compliant with all eligibility and reporting standards.

Every project follows five stages, so you know what to expect from first conversation to handover.
We start by learning your organization: its goals, needs, people and resources.
We turn what we learn into a specific, measurable plan with a clear scope, timeline and success indicators.
Once you approve the plan, we deliver it on the agreed timeline.
We report progress at agreed intervals, measure results against the indicators and adjust as we go.
We train your staff and leave the structure in place, so results last after the project ends.
